Step 1 - Planning Phase

Understanding your business is the critical first step. We work with you to clearly understand your immediate needs and long-term goals, the competitive landscape, and your operating and technical environments. We agree on your business objectives and create a strategic plan of action. We define how the success of the project will be assessed. We also establish project scope, budget, and a detailed work plan.

Step 2 - Graphic Design Phase

Design begins with a visual discovery phase and rapidly progresses to sketching. Depending on the scope of the project, multiple directions are created and presented as non-functioning mock-ups. The client is able to access and consider these mocks through a project website. A preliminary round of mocks is edited with inputs from the client, and a direction is chosen. Refinements are then made in preparation for building the site.

Step 3 - Web Design / Coding Phase

The building of the proposed site occurs during this stage. The graphic element and programming come together to bring the site to life. A project manager will keep you up-to-date on progress.

Step 4 - Testing Phase

We rigorously test and refine the applications and infrastructure to ensure the design and systems meet all functional requirements and perform as expected before the launch of the final site.

Step 5 - Launch Phase

Finally, your completed site can be hosted on the WebsiteDesigner.Com state-of-the-art network, monitored twenty-four hours a day.
